Get to know Dr. Farshad Taghizadeh
Compassionate Care You Can Trust
Dr. Taghizadeh (Dr. T) grew up in Pennsylvania, lived in Virginia, and attended dental school in Arizona. He earned multiple degrees through the years in PA and VA and chose to attend Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, because of their amazing clinical program and their exceptional dedication to public health.
He continues to advance his knowledge in the newest techniques, technology, and methods, expanding his scope of practice through continuing education.
Passionate about helping others, Dr. T has been involved in many organizations and clinics across the country. He now calls Florida home, to be close to family, and build roots in our wonderful community.
Dr. T enjoys kayaking, fishing, painting, and playing golf “badly,” as he would put it. He loves spending time with friends and family, and of course his dog, Oliver.

Your First Visit
What to Expect
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable, calming environment and our friendly office staff. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms prior to your appointment. Once those are complete and your hygienist is ready for you, we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, x-rays, and Dr. Taghizadeh will sit down with you to discuss the results. If everything looks good, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, Dr. Taghizadeh will explain the results and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and he will describe any further treatment recommendations.

We utilize 3D printing technology to create your custom dental pieces in-office while you wait!
Community Outreach
Giving Back
Dr. T is proud to have volunteered his time and expertise to Mission Smiles and other organizations that provide mobile dentistry to underserved populations. Dr. T has also provided a variety of oral health services to patients in need through the Salt River Health Center, Mountain Park Health Center, AZ Clinical Outreach, and the Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health. In addition, he has provided free dental care to uninsured and underinsured children through the wonderful Give Kids A Smile organization, and organized several public health events screening and educating underserved local communities about oral health through the Dentistry in the Community Program. Dr. T was also a member of the Crossover Dental Clinic, and has worked with Habitat for Humanity and Food Banks throughout the years.
